Systemic corticosteroids can be used in conjunction with ATT to prevent damage to ocular tissues from the inflammatory response.2,24 However, corticosteroid treatment alone can cause further progression of the infection, and therefore should not be used without concomitant ATT.2 Other adjuncts to treatment such as rifabutin, fluoroquinolones, interferon-gamma and linezolid are considered in cases of multidrug resistance.2 [Ссылки доступны только зарегистрированным пользователям ]
