Íåêîòîðîå âðåìÿ íàçàä ó ìåíÿ îòêîëîëñÿ êóñî÷åê ó ïÿòîãî çóáà ñáîêó ñî ñòîðîíû ÷åòâåðòîãî. Ñòîìàòîëîã ïîñìîòðåëà è ñêàçàëà, ÷òî ñêîë ãëóáîêèé, è ïðèäåòñÿ äåïóëüïèðîâàòü çóá, "èäòè íà íåðâ". Âñå ïðîøëî õîðîøî, ñåé÷àñ ÿ õîæó ñ âðåìåííîé ïëîìáîé äî ñëåä. ïÿòíèöû, íî ìåíÿ áåñïîêîèò âîïðîñ î òîì, ìîæåò ëè â ýòîì çóáå áûòü îäèí êàíàë? Òàê ìíå ñêàçàëà âðà÷, êîãäà ïëîìáèðîâàëà åãî. Ïî õîäó äåëà îíà íàøëà åùå îäèí, äîïîëíèòåëüíûé êàíàë, êàê îíà âûðàçèëàñü. Ïîñêîëüêó ÿ íå ñòîìàòîëîã, òî íå ìîãó îöåíèòü ýòó èíôîðìàöèþ íè ñ êàêîé ñòîðîíû. Ïðîñòî ðàíüøå ïðè ëå÷åíèè çóáîâ ìíå ïëîìáèðîâàëè ïî íåñêîëüêó êàíàëîâ â îäíîì çóáå, âîò ÿ è çàñîìíåâàëàñü. |

Ñïàñèáî çà îòâåò.
Èíôîðìàöèþ ýòó ìíå õî÷åòñÿ îöåíèòü õîòÿ áû çàòåì, ÷òî ýòî ìîé çóá è ìíå ñ íèì æèòü.  äðóãèõ òåìàõ ÿ âèäåëà îòâåòû âðà÷åé íà âîïðîñû ïàöèåíòîâ, ÷òî, íàïðèìåð, â øåñòîì çóáå ìîæåò áûòü 4, 5 è 6 êàíàëîâ. Êîìó-òî ïîñîâåòîâàëè ñìåíèòü ñòîìàòîëîãà. Â-ïðèíöèïå, ìåíÿ èíòåðåñóåò òîëüêî îòâåò íà âîïðîñ, ñêîëüêî êàíàëîâ â ïÿòîì âåðõíåì çóáå, áîëüøå íè÷åãî. Äëÿ ñàìîóñïîêîåíèÿ. Âåäü áûâàåò, ÷òî è âðà÷è îøèáàþòñÿ... |

Ðå÷ü øëà ïðî ìîëÿðû. Øåñòü êàíàëîâ âñòðå÷àåòñÿ, íî î÷åíü ðåäêî.  âåðõíèõ ïÿòåðêàõ îáû÷íî îäèí-äâà êàíàëà.  1% ñëó÷àåâ - òðè êàíàëà.
Ðåêîìåíäàöèÿ ñìåíèòü ñòîìàòîëîãà ïîòîìó ÷òî êàæäûé ðàç, ëå÷à âåðõíèå ìîëÿðû, âðà÷ äîëæåí èñêàòü íå òðè êàíàëà, à áîëüøå. Áîëåå ÷åì â 90% ñëó÷àåâ â âåðõíèõ ìîëÿðàõ áîëåå 3õ êàíàëîâ. ß äóìàþ, íå ïàöèåíò îá ýòîì äîëæåí ñîîáùàòü âðà÷ó è óæ ñîâñåì êîìè÷íî áóäåò âûãëÿäåòü ñèòóàöèÿ, êîãäà ïàöèåíò áóäåò ðèñîâàòü âðà÷ó ñõåìó äíà ïîëîñòè çóáà è îáúÿñíÿòü àëãîðèòì ïîèñêà ìàãèñòðàëüíûõ "äîïîëíèòåëüíûõ" êàíàëîâ è èõ îáðàáîòêè. Ìíå êàæåòñÿ, ëó÷øå íàéòè âðà÷à, êîòîðûé âñå ýòî óæå çíàåò. |

Ñòðîåíèå êîðíåâûõ êàíàëîâ ó ìàëûõ êîðåííûõ çóáîâ íèæíåé ÷åëþñòè.
×åòûðåñòà ïåðâûõ è ÷åòûðåñòà âòîðûõ ìàëûõ êîðåííûõ çóáîâ íèæíåé ÷åëþñòè áûëè äåêàëüöèíèðîâàíû, â êîðíåâóþ ñèñòåìó ýòèõ çóáîâ áûëà ââåäåíà êðàñêà, çàòåì îíè áûëè ïðîñâå÷åíû äëÿ îïðåäåëåíèÿ ÷èñëà êîðíåâûõ êàíàëîâ, èõ òèïà, ñòåïåíè ðàçâåòâë¸ííîñòè ãëàâíîãî êîðíåâîãî êàíàëà, îïðåäåëåíèÿ ðàñïîëîæåíèÿ âåðõóøå÷íîãî îòâåðñòèÿ è ïîïåðå÷íûõ ïåðåìû÷åê è ÷àñòîòû íàëè÷èÿ àïèêàëüíîé äåëüòû (ðàçâåòâëåíèÿ íåïîñðåäñòâåííî ïåðåä àïèêàëüíûì îòâåðñòèåì). Ïåðâûé ïðåìîëÿð íèæíåé ÷åëþñòè (4) èìåë îäèí êàíàë íà óðîâíå àïåêñà ó 74,0% çóáîâ. Äâà êàíàëà íà óðîâíå àïåêñà ó 25,5%, è òðè êàíàëà íà óðîâíå àïåêñà ó 0,5% çóáîâ. Êðîìå òîãî îãðàíè÷åíèåì ÿâëÿåòñÿ øèðèíà äîïîëíèòåëüíûõ êàíàëîâ, èíñòðóìåíòàëüíûå âîçìîæíîñòè è ò.ä. Åñòü îïðåäåë¸ííàÿ íîðìà ÷èñëà êàíàëîâ äëÿ êàæäîãî çóáà, íî êàê âèäíî èìååòñÿ îïðåäåë¸ííûé ðàçáðîñ è èíäèâèäóàëüíîñòü ñòðîåíèÿ. Root canal morphology of maxillary premolars. Kartal N, Ozçelik B, Cimilli H. Department of Endodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, Marmara University, Istanbul, Turkey. The objective of this study was to investigate further internal anatomy of maxillary premolars. Six hundred recently extracted maxillary first and second premolar teeth were used in this study. One-half of the teeth were maxillary first premolars, the other half were maxillary second premolars. The teeth were stored in 10% formalin solution, and a standard clearing technique was applied with some modifications. Finally, ink-dyed root canal systems were evaluated by a dissecting light microscope. Each tooth was examined as to the number of roots and root canals and their types, ramifications of the main root canals, and location of apical foramina and transverse anastomoses. Examination of the root canal systems of the teeth was based on Vertucci's classification. The incidence of type I canals (one canal) for the maxillary first premolars was 8.66%, whereas 89.64% of the total samples demonstrated two canals (from type II to type VII). Only 1.66% of maxillary first premolars were type VIII or type IX (three canals). Regarding maxillary second premolars, the incidence of type I (one canal) was 48.66%, whereas it was 50.64% for type II to type VII (two canals).
