Ссылки на рекомендации (guidelines) на англ. языке
Уважаемые коллеги, для того, чтобы не множились топики по каждому, заслуживающему внимания гайдлайну (рекомендациям), и для того, чтобы эти ссылки потом не были разбросаны по форуму, мне кажется логичным создать специальную прикрепленную тему. В этой теме можно и нужно публиковать ссылки на доказательно обоснованные гайдлайны (рекомендации) от всемирно известных и авторитетных ассоциаций по анестезиологии и медицине критических состояний на английском языке. Надеюсь, вскоре будет создана отдельная тема для переведенных на русский язык рекомендаций, как только появится достаточное количество переводов (*сейчас мы работаем над этим*)
Важной проблемой отечественного здравоохранения является недостаток качественных доказательно обоснованных рекомендаций по ведению пациентов с различными заболеваниями и организации медицинской помощи. Принятые ведущими специалистами своей области рекомендации - это результат серьезной научной работы и всестороннего изучения проблемы. Рекомендации (гайдлайны) отражают текущие доказательно-обоснованные позиции по наилучшей практике лечения больных. Работа по регламентированным стандартам защищает врача и его пациента от безграмотных действий, позволяет избежать использования неэффективных препаратов и методов лечения. Evolution of Intensive Care in the UK - This document gives a brief history of the development of one of the newest hospital specialities. Guidelines for Limitation of Treatment for Adults Requiring Intensive Care - A basic outline for handling this very sensitive subject. Detailed documents are also available from the BMA and GMC. Levels of Critical Care for Adult Patients - This document has been written to help apply the levels of care described in 'Comprehensive Critical Care'. The expanded classification has been agreed by the department of health through the Critical Care Advisory Group. Рекомендации опубликованы в American Journal of Critical Care and Respiratory Medicine еще в 2010 году, но, по-моему, их на форуме еще не было

Думаю, что эти рекомендации будут интересны не только интенсивистам, но врачам других специальностей, сталкивающихся с проблемой лечения больных с MRSA-инфекцией - хирургам, терапевтам, пульмонологам, педиатрам... |
