[Ññûëêè äîñòóïíû òîëüêî çàðåãèñòðèðîâàííûì ïîëüçîâàòåëÿì ] CONTEXT: For centuries, homeopathic practitioners have claimed that serially agitated dilutions of infectious agents (called "nosodes") are effective in the prevention of infectious disease. However, no rigorous tests of this claim have been performed. OBJECTIVE: To test whether a nosode of Francisella tularensis-infected tissue could protect from subsequent challenge with this pathogen in vivo. DESIGN: Experimental laboratory test. SETTING: A P3 containment laboratory at an infectious disease research facility. PARTICIPANTS: 142 male C3H/HeN specific, pathogen-free mice. INTERVENTION: Six levels of a nosode prepared from tularemia-infected tissue were produced. All exposures were below the lowest level at which a classical vaccination response was expected. The nosode and dilutent control solutions were administered orally (.03 mL, 3 times per week) for 1 month before and after challenge. Animals were challenged with a potentially lethal dose (LD50 or LD75) of F tularensis, then evaluated for time of death and total mortality. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Mortality and time to death. RESULTS: In a series of 15 trials (n = 142), the tularemia nosode consistently produced increased mean times to death. All but 2 of 15 trials showed reduced time to death in the nosode group and decreased mortality compared with controls. Protection rates averaged 22% over controls compared to 100% protection by standard vaccination. CONCLUSIONS: This study found partial protection from a nosode of tularemia in dilutions below those expected to have protective effects, but not as great as those produced by standard vaccination. If homeopathic nosodes can induce protection from infectious agents for which vaccination is currently unavailable, they may provide an interim method of reducing morbidity or mortality from such agents. |

Ïðàâäà, â îòëè÷èå îò íàñûùåííîãî öèôðàìè ìàòåðèàëà, îáëè÷àþùåãî ÁÖÆ-âàêöèíàöèþ, â òåêñòå íåò äàííûõ îòíîñèòåëüíî òîãî, ñêîëüêî òóáåðêóë¸çíûõ áîëüíûõ çàùèòèëè, âûëå÷èëè è ïîõîðîíèëè çà òîò æå ïåðèîä ãîìåîïàòû. Çàòî ñ ñûëêàìè íà âûñîêèå àâòîðèòåòû ýòîé îòðàñëè ìåäèöèíû âíóøèòåëüíî ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿ ïðåäóïðåæäàòü è ëå÷èòü òóáåðêóë¸ç íîçîäîì Tuberculinum bovinum (ãíîé ëèìôîóçëà òåë¸íêà, ïîðàæ¸ííîãî òóáåðêóë¸çîì, íà âîäå), êîòîðûé ïåðâîíà÷àëüíî íàçûâàëñÿ Bacillinum è ïðåäñòàâëÿë ñîáîé ìîêðîòó áàöèëëÿðíîãî áîëüíîãî òóáåðêóë¸çîì íà âîäå. Íå âîëíóéòåñü, âïå÷àòëèòåëüíûå àëëîïàòû - ðå÷ü èä¸ò î ôàíòàñòè÷åñêèõ ðàçâåäåíèÿõ èñõîäíîãî ïàòîëîãè÷åñêîãî ìàòåðèàëà (ïðèìåðíî, 1 : 10 â ìèíóñ 28 ñòåïåíè) ïðè âñòðÿõèâàíèè (ïîòåíöèðîâàíèè) òàêîì, ÷òî â ëåêàðñòâåííîì ñðåäñòâå, êðîìå íàçâàíèÿ è íåñîêðóøèìîé óâåðåííîñòè äîêòîðà â ïîáåäå, íè÷åãî íå äîëæíî îñòàòüñÿ (êîíå÷íî, åù¸ ïðèìåñè â âîäå è ñìûâû ñ ïîñóäû). Àâòîð öèòèðóåò èçâåñòíîãî àíãëèéñêîãî ãîìåîïàòà, êîòîðûé ñ óñïåõîì ïðèìåíÿë òàêîé íîçîä ðàç â ãîä â ñëó÷àå "ñåìåéíîãî òóáåðêóë¸çà". Ïðîøåäøåìó êóðñ òóáåðêóë¸çà â 1 Ìîñêîâñêîì ìåäèöèíñêîì èíñòèòóòå â 1986-87 ãã À.Ã.Êîòîêó ñòàëî ïî÷åìó-òî íåëîâêî è îí ðåøèë ïîÿñíèòü, ÷òî, êîãäà ãîìåîïàòû ãîâîðÿò î íàñëåäñòâåííîì èëè ñåìåéíîì òóáåðêóë¸çå, ðå÷ü èä¸ò î "íàñëåäñòâåííîé êîíñòèòóöèîíàëüíîé ïðåäðàñïîëîæåííîñòè ê áîëåçíè". ß, êàê áûâøèé ôòèçèàòð, äîëæåí çàìåòèòü, ÷òî ãåíîòèïè÷åñêèå (íàñëåäñòâåííûå) ðàçëè÷èÿ â ðåçèñòåòíîñòè ê òóáåðêóë¸çó äåéñòâèòåëüíî ñóùåñòâóþò, íî çàáîëåâàþò èì ïðåäñòàâèòåëè ëþáîé êîíñòèòóöèàëüíîé ïðèíàäëåæíîñòè (ñîãëàñíî ëþáîé êëàññèôèêàöèè), ïðèîáðåòàÿ â ÷¸ì-òî îäíîòèïíóþ êîíñòèòóöèþ òóáåðêóë¸çíîãî áîëüíîãî. Ïîä âïå÷àòëåíèå "Áåñïîùàäíîé èììóíèçàöèè" è ïðåäñòàâëåííîãî àáñòðàêòà ìíå çàõîòåëîñü çàùèòèòü ìûøåé îò òóáåðêóë¸çà ïîäîáèåì Tuberculinum bovinum , íî ÿ îïàçäàë. Ýòî áûëî èññëåäîâàíî â îáñòîÿòåëüíîé ðàáîòå A. Jespersen and W. Bentzon [Acta Tub. Pnemol. Scand.,1964, XLIV, 276-289]. Îíè ýêñïåðèìåíòèðîâàëè ñî âçâåñÿìè ðàçëè÷íûõ ñóáøòàììîâ ÁÖÆ. Åñëè ðàçâåäåíèÿ 1 : 10 çàùèùàëè 80 - 90% ìûøåé (ëèíèÿ Red) îò âíóòðèâåííîãî çàðàæåíèÿ ìèêîáàêòðèÿìè áû÷üåãî òèïà (E6884B), òî âñå ðàçâåäåíèÿ âçâåñè ÁÖÆ âûøå 1 : 10 â ìèíóñ 6 ( ò.å. â ìèíóñ 8, ìèíóñ 10), çàùèòíûì ýôôåêòîì íå îáëàäàëè. Ñëîâîì, óñïåõè ãîìåîïàòîâ, äîñòàâëÿþùèå èì óäîâîëüñòâèå, ýêñïåðèìåíòàëüíîé ïðîâåðêå íå ïîäëåæàò. Ýòèì îíè ñåáÿ íå îçàäà÷èâàþò, à ïðîñòî âåðÿò. Èì ìîæíî ïîçàâèäîâàòü, íî íå èõ áîëüíûì. |

Ýòî ÿ ïîíÿëà.
Ó ìåíÿ åñòü ìèëàÿ êîëëåêöèÿ ðåíòãåíîãðàìì, îñòàâøàÿñÿ îò ìîåé ïðåäøåñòâåííèöû - áîëüíûå, êîòîðûå èçëå÷èëèñü îò òóáåðêóëåçà â äîàíòèáàêòåðèàëüíóþ ýðó, íåêîòîðûå ñ î÷åíü áîëüøèìè ïðîöåññàìè. Íåêîòîðûå èç íèõ æèâû è ïîíûíå, õîäÿò ê íàì íà êîíòðîëü. Òàê ÷òî äâà ñëó÷àÿ - ýòî, êîíå÷íî, íå àðóãìåíò. Êîãäà ÿ ñïðàøèâàþ ãîìåîïàòîâ î ëå÷åíèè òóáåðêóëåçà, òî ìíå âûäàþò ñòàíäàðòíûé îòâåò: 1.  Ðîññèè ýòî íåâîçìîæíî, òàê êàê îòáåðóò ëèöåíçèþ. 2. Ãîñïîäñòâóþùàÿ ìåäèöèíñêàÿ øêîëà íå äàâàëà íàì ðàçâèâàòüñÿ. Õîðîøî, ãîâîðþ, íó âîò Èíäèÿ - òàì ãîìåîïàòèÿ - ÷àñòü ìåäèöèíû. Ïî÷åìó æå òàì òàêàÿ óæàñíàÿ ñèòóàöèÿ ñ òóáåðêóëåçîì.  îòâåò ìíå áûëà âûøåïðèâåäåííàÿ ññûëêà. |

Áåçóñëîâíî, ëþáîé ôòèçèàòð ìîã ñîáðàòü òàêóþ êîëëåêöèþ, íî ïîñêîëüêó ÿ ðîäèëàñü ëåò ýäàê ÷åðåç 25 ïîñëå íà÷àëà ýòîé ýðû, òî äëÿ ìåíÿ è ìíîãèõ äðóãèõ äîêòîðîâ ýòî î÷åíü èíòåðåñíî.
Ê ñîæàëåíèþ, ÿ íå âèäåëà íè îäíîé ñïîíòàííîé ðåìèññèè ñðåäè áîëüíûõ ñ ìíîæåñòâåííîé ëåêàðñòâåííîé óñòîé÷èâîñòüþ çà ïîñëåäíèå 8 ëåò. Øòàìì ñìåíèëñÿ íà ïåêèíñêèé, îí î÷åíü àãðåññèâíûé - ó 70% ñ ìíîæåñòâåííîé óñòîé÷èâîñòüþ (â ìîåì îòäåëåíèè) - ðàñòåò áîëåå 100 êîëîíèé çà 15-21 äåíü. Êñòàòè,ÃÈÍÊ-çàâèñèìûå øòàììû ó íàñ áûëè. Ê ñîæàëåíèþ,ñåé÷àñ ïåðåä íàìè âñòàë âîïðîñ î ëå÷åíèè òàêîãî òóáåðêóëåçà ó äåòåé, ïðè÷åì ôîðìû î÷åíü ðàñïðîñòðàíåííûå. À âòîðîé ðÿä äåòÿì ìîæíî äàëåêî íå âåñü. Ïëþñ òðè áåðåìåííûå ñ òàêèì òóáåðêóëåçîì çà 2004 ãîä, â 2005 äâå èç íèõ óìåðëè, îñòàâèâ ãîäîâàëûõ äåòåé. È î ôèáðîçíî-êàâåðíîçíîì. Áûë ó ìåíÿ ïàöèåíò, 74 ëåò, ó êîòîðîãî â äîàíòèáàêòåðèàëüíóþ ýðó èìåëñÿ ôèáðîçíî-êàâåðíîçíûé òóáåðêóëåç âåðõíåé äîëè ñïðàâà. Ëå÷èëè åãî ïíåâìîòîðàêñàìè.  èòîãå ïîëó÷èëàñü õðîíè÷åñêàÿ ýìïèåìà ñ òîëùèíîé ýìïèåìíîãî ìåøêà 3-4 ñì. È õîäèë îí ñ ýòèì âåëèêîëåïèåì, ïîêà îíî íå ðâàíóëî ÷åðåç áðîíõ. Çàìå÷ó, ñ 1958 ãîäà, íè ìíîãî, íè ìàëî. Ïàöèåíò ñâÿçûâàåò ñâîþ äîëãóþ "ñïîêîéíóþ" æèçíü ñ ëå÷åíèåì ó ãîìåîïàòà. Äóìàþ, ðàçóáåæäàòü åãî îîîî÷åíü ñëîæíî, äà è íóæíî ëè? Äà è ðàçäðàæåíèå ïîíÿòíî - ïðèøëà çëàÿ òåòêà, ïîñòàâèëà äðåíàæ, îïåðèðîâàòü íåëüçÿ (êàðäèàëüíàÿ ïàòîëîãèÿ) - è õîäèòü ñ äðåíàæîì? Òÿæåëî. |

Âû, íàâåðíîå, ÷èòàëè, êàê ýòî çàìå÷àòåëüíî èçîáðàæåíî â "Âîëøåáíîé ãîðå" Òîìàñà Ìàííà. Ñåé÷àñ óñòîé÷èâûå øòàììû êàê ðàç ãîðàçäî áîëåå âèðóëåíòíû, ÿ óæå ïèñàëà çäåñü, êàê îíè áûñòðî ðàñòóò. Ìóëüòèðåçèñòåíòíûå ïðîöåññû â áîëüøèíñòâå ñâîåì èäóò ñ âûðàæåííûì èíôèëüòðàòèâíûì êîìïîíåíòîì, ñ îãðîìíûìè ïîëîñòÿìè ðàñïàäà è ñ íàêëîííîñòüþ ê ïðîôóçíûì êðîâîòå÷åíèÿì, êîòîðûå îñòàíàâëèâàåì òîëüêî ýìáîëèçàöèåé. Èç 18 âïåðâûå âûÿâëåííûõ óìåðøèõ áîëüíûõ çà ýòîò ãîä â ìîåì îòäåëåíèè ó 11 áûëè êàê ðàç ìóëüòèðåçèñòåíòíûå ïðîöåññû - òóò, êîíå÷íî, è ïîçäíåå âûÿâëåíèå, è ñîöèàëüíûå äåëà, íî òå÷åíèå ïðè óñòîé÷èâîñòè íàìíîãî áîëåå çëîêà÷åñòâåííîå, åùå è ïîòîìó, ÷òî ëå÷èòü ïî ÷óâñòâèòåëüíîñòè íà÷èíàåì ìèíèìóì ÷åðåç 2 ìåñÿöà - "Áàêòåêà" ó íàñ íåò, íà Ëåâåíøòåéíå ðàáîòàåì. |

Êðîìå òîãî, ñðåäà Ëåâåíøòåéíà-Èåíñåíà (óìåëî è ñâåæåïðèãîòîâëåííàÿ) âïîëíå õîðîøà. 40 ëåò íàçàä ÿ ðàáîòàë íà Ïåòðàíüÿíè, êîòîðóþ ãîòîâèëè â íàøåé æå ëàáîðàòîðèè. Âèçóëüíî îïðåäåëÿåìûé ðîñò èç ïîëèáàöèàëëÿðíîé ìîêðîòû è õèðóðãè÷åñêîãî ìàòåðèàëà, íåðåäêî ïîÿâëÿëñÿ íà 2-3-é íåäåëå.
Áîëåå òîãî, ÿ ýêïåðèìåíòèðîâàë ïî ìåòîäèêå Ïèðñ (1961). Ìîêðîòó íàíîñèë íà ïîëîñêè ñòåêëà è ïîñëå íåæíîé îáðàáîòêè êèñëîòîé ïîìåùàë â ïðîáèðêè ñî ñðåäîé Äþáî. Âèçóàëüíî ðîñò (ìèêðîêîëîíèè) áûë çàìåòåí íà 5-7 äåíü. Äóìàþ, ÷òî Âàøè âïå÷àòëåíèÿ î áûñòðîðàñòóùèõ ïîëèðåçèñòåíòíûõ - ýòî ýôôåêò ïîëèáàöèëëÿðíîñòè - âåäü àãðåãàòû ìèêîáàêòåðèé îáðàçóþò âèäèìóþ êîëîíèþ íàìíîãî ðàíüøå åäèíè÷íûõ. Ìíå ïðèøëîñü áåñåäîâàòü íà ýòó òåìó,è íå ðàç (ó íàøåãî äèñïàíñåðà áîëüøîé ñîâìåñòíûé ïðîåêò) ñ îäíèì èç ñåðüåçíûõ åâðîïåéñêèõ ñïåöèàëèñòîâ ïî ìèêîáàêòåðèîëîãèè èç óíèâåðñèòåòà Êóîïèî, òàê âîò ÿ òîæå ñêàçàëà åé ïðî òî, ÷òî âïå÷àòëåíèå áûñòðîãî ðîñòà - îò ïîëèáàöèëëÿðíîñòè. Îêàçàëîñü, ÷òî ýòî íå òàê, ïîñêîëüêó ó Ïåêèíñêîãî øòàìà (ôèííû ãåíîòèïèðóþò ñâîè è íåìíîæêî íàøè øòàììû) áûñòðûé ðîñò - ýòî ãåíåòè÷åñêè îáóñëîâëåííîå ñâîéñòâî. Ðåöåíçèþ îáÿçàòåëüíî ïî÷èòàþ. Ñïàñèáî. |
