Íàñêîëüêî ÿ ïîíÿëà â íà÷àëå íàøåé äèñêóññèè Âû ñêàçàëè î ìàëîé ÷óâñòâèòåëüíîñòè òåñò-ñèñòåì ê ÒÒà , â ìîåì ïîíèìàíèè èñïîð÷åííûì ãîðìîíàìè , ìàëàÿ ÷óâñòâèòåëüíîñòü îçíà÷àåò íå ñîâñåì òî÷íûé ðåçóëüòàò è êàê ñëåäñòâèå íåïðàâèëüíóþ òðàêòîâêó àíàëèçîâ, à âîâñå íå óçêèå ðàìêè íîðìû ÈÌÕÎ. Îãðîìíîå ñïàñèáî çà âíèìàíèå ê ìîåé ïåðñîíå è êîíñóëüòàöèþ. |

Good sources of protein: meat, fish, poultry, nuts, eggs, beans, soy products, milk, cheese, yogurt. 8 oz. milk = 8 grams protein 3 oz. meat patty = 20 grams protein 1 TBSP of peanut butter = 5 grams protein 3 oz. of tuna = 30 grams of protein 1 oz. of cereal = 6 grams of protein 1 cup of corn = 5 grams of protein As you can see, it is easy to consume an adequate amount of protein in your diet. The diet you are currently following is probably more than adequate to meet your pregnancy needs. If you are vegetarian or vegan and if you consume a variety of legumes, grain products, soy products, and vegetables, obtaining adequate protein should not be a problem. You Should Eat Plenty of Protein Adequate protein is essential for the development of the baby (especially the brain) and may help protect against preeclampsia during pregnancy. |

"  Ñå÷åíîâêå ÿ óæå áûëà, òèðîêñèí ïèòü îòêàçàëàñü.." .- Ïðîøó ñîîáùèòü ìíå èìÿ ýíäîêðèíîëîãà â ÌÌÀ, íàçíà÷èâøåãî âàì òèðîêñèí.
..."Ïîñëå íàøåé ïëîäîòâîðíîé áåñåäû ÿ äóìàþ óæå íèêóäà íå ïîéäó" - äóìàþ, áóäåò ðàçóìíî, åñëè â âèäó èìåþòñÿ ýíäîêðèíîëîãè, ðàçâå ÷òî çàãëÿíåòå ê íàì íà êàôåäðó ìåñÿöà 3- 6 ïîñëå ðîäîâ( òüôó, òüôó...). "Íàñêîëüêî ÿ ïîíÿëà â íà÷àëå íàøåé äèñêóññèè Âû ñêàçàëè î ìàëîé ÷óâñòâèòåëüíîñòè òåñò-ñèñòåì ê ÒÒà , â ìîåì ïîíèìàíèè ,èñïîð÷åííîì ãîðìîíàìè , ìàëàÿ ÷óâñòâèòåëüíîñòü îçíà÷àåò íå ñîâñåì òî÷íûé ðåçóëüòàò è êàê ñëåäñòâèå íåïðàâèëüíóþ òðàêòîâêó àíàëèçîâ, à âîâñå íå óçêèå ðàìêè íîðìû ÈÌÕÎ" - íå ñîâñåì òàê.ß óïðîùàëà ñèòóàöèþ. Ïðîáëåìà â ñëåäóþùåì.  íàñòîÿùåå âðåìÿ äëÿ îïðåäåëåíèÿ ÒÒà ( îñîáåííî âî âðåìÿ áåðåìåííîñòè) èñïîëüçóþò íàáîðû 2 è 3 ãåíåðàöèè. Ýòî ôàíòàñòè÷åñêè òî÷íûå íàáîðû( 95 % ÷óâñòâèòåëüíîñòü è ñïåöèôè ÷íîñòü), ïëþñ áûñòðîòà èññëåäîâàíèÿ- 2 ÷àñà ðàáîòû.Âñå ýòî ïîçâîëèëî ñîçäàòü ñîâðåìåííûé ïðîòîêîë îáñëåäîâàíèÿ ëèö ñ ïîäîçðåíèåì íà ïðîáëåìû ñî ùèòîâèäíîé æåëåçîé \ íàëè÷èåì ïðîáëåì. Íèæíÿÿ ãðàíèöà íîðìû äëÿ ÒÒÃ- 0, 17-0, 2 ìåä\ìë. Íàì äàâíî èçâåñòíû ñòðàííûå íîðìàòèâû, óêàçûâàåìûå â Öåíòðå Îõðàíû Çäîðîâüÿ ìàòåðè è ðåáåíêà ( íà Îïàðèíà), ìû ìíîãî ðàç ãîîâðèëè è â ëåêöèÿõ. è â ëè÷íûõ áåñåäàõ ñ ðóêîâîäèòåëÿìè ëàáîðàòîðèè î íåïîíÿòíîé ñèòóàöèè â ýòîì êðóïíîì ó÷ðåæäåíèè.Ïî÷òè åæåäíåâíî ìû âûòèðàåì çàïëàêàííûõ äàì, íàïóãàííûõ ñòðàøíûìè ðàññêàçàìè ãèíåêîëîãîâ. ×àùå âñåãî ýòî ñâÿçàíî ñ îòñóñòâèåì ïðåäñòàâëåíèé î íîðìàõ äëÿ ÒÒà âî âðåìÿ áåðåìåííîñòè. Âìåñòå ñ òåì íè ýòè íîðìû, íè ðåêîìåíäàöèè ( îòå÷åñòâåííûå è ìåæäóíàðîäíûå) íå ÿâëÿþòñÿ ñåêðåòîì. Äîñòàòî÷íî âûéòè íà ñàéò Òèðîíåò äëÿ âðà÷åé...
