Summary:PCOs and adenomyosis
The uterus is anteverted and appears monographically normal in size and shape.The texture of the uterus is heterogenous and seen with a streaky echotexture. The posterior myometrium is thicker than the anterior myometrium.These appearances are consistent with adenomas.
The endometrial lining measures 6,7 mm.Both ovaries display multiple follicles and prominent stroma. These appearances suggest polycystic ovaries.No obvious adnexal cysts or masses were seen.No free fluid seen in the pelvis.
