Минздравом принято решение о создании нашей специальности. Называться она будет необычно (что не принципиально): РЕНТГЕНОЭНДОВАСКУЛЯРНЫЕ МЕТОДЫ ДИАГНОСТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ. Приказ будет опубликован 1-го апреля.
Революция, о необходимости которой столько твердили большевики, свершилась! Лично я, наблюдаю за этим процессом более 25-ти лет. Вопрос не могли продавить такие монстры, как Рабкин и Петросян. Продавил Алекян. Уважаю!

Поздравляю! А имеется ли реестр вмешательств/процедур, проводимых специалистами и как будет организована их подготовка?

Уважаемые модераторы! "Дрогнула рука молодого хирурга" - случайно открыл тему в консультационном отделе. Перенесите в профессиональную часть, пожалуйста. Заранее благодарен.

Подготовка много лет ведётся на моей кафедре, и, относительно недавно, на кафедре Алекяна. Имеется паспорт специальности, регламентирующей вмешательства и необходимую подготовку специалистов. Всё это, конечно, будет многократно оптимизироваться. Если есть советы, примем со всем возможным почтением.

Спасибо. Хотелось бы, конечно, посмотреть паспорт специальности. Посоветуйте, пожалуйста, как и где ето возможно.

Где-то, в хламе на рабочем компьютере, должен быть. Поищу.

В принципе, подготовка "инвазиологов" проходиt c 4-го до 6-го годов и "билет" они получают с навыками:

techniques/procedures, but not necessarily be proficient in them as an independent operator.
†It is recognised that not every centre will be appropriately staffed to provide cover for every acute/emergent
procedure but it is assumed that responsible interventional radiologists will alert their Trusts to areas where the service
is deficient so that formal alternative arrangements for cover can be organised

Евгений, я, кажется, ослепла... Не могу найти коронарных вмешательств :)

Со зрением у Вас всё о.к. Их нет. Причина проста: коронарные вмешательства - прерогатива кардиологов и некоторых кардиохирургов. V UK коронографию проводит горстка радиологов, работаюwих в кардиоцентрах. Но если у радиолога желание имеется, то - пожалуйста.

Ага, я в принципе так и думала...

Проблема в том, что в России почему-то никому не приходит в голову, что коронарография и коронарная ангиопластика - прерогатива кардиологов. За это, я думаю, никому и никогда бороться не приходило в голову. Не так ли, Сергей Александрович?

Одим момент, о котором сейчас шепотом говорят в кулуарах... Количество инвазивных коронарных вмешательств начинает снижаться, люди думают, что "инвестировать" время в подготовку не есть целесообразно...

Евгений! А эмболизация аневризм головного мозга, артерио-венозных мальформаций, ККС и т.д.? У Вас тоже прерогатива нейрохирургов?
