Прием амиксина
 

Помогите разобраться со схемой приема амиксима.
Врач написала
Амиксин 0,125 1 таб. 1 раз в день после еды 2 дня, затем через 1 день 8 дней, затем 1 раз в неделю 1 месяц.

Вопрос - 8 дней - это 8 таблеток или 4 таблетки?

Амиксин нельзя принимать ни при каких заболеваниях! в цивилизованных странах он запрешен для применения у человека из-за развития мукополизахародозов.

Амиксин/тиролон не стимулирует продукцию интерферона у человека (в отличие от грызунов):

Tilorone hydrochloride was studied in humans to determine whether it would be a safe and effective interferon inducer in man. Both systemic and topical application failed to produce detectible interferon, and toxicity was noted using both routes of administration. This study indicates that even in the high topical doses, tilorone HCl is neither safe nor effective.

The fact that tilorone is very effective in the mouse but not in man suggests that the intеrferon system in man may not be capable of intense or prolonged exogenous stimulation and that findings in lower animals may not be applicable to man.
